RETURN POLICY

There is rare chance of receiving a damaged product as we examine and pack each item with utmost care.

At the time of delivery if the package looks tampered or damaged please do not accept it.

Incase of any damage occurred during the shipment transit, we will be initiating a refund, provided that the products are returned in perfect condition, unused, and with the original packaging.Claims of damage or wrong product received needs to be informed within 24 hours of delivery, post which the claims shall not be accepted.

Customer needs to send us back the damaged product within 3 working days from the date of delivery and the tracking information has to be shared with us through whatsapp. Products returned post 3 working days will not be accepted for replacements or refunds.

We will not be responsible for breakages of jewelry due to customers mishandling it. However for silver screw back nose jewelry, we offer free repairing service if the screw gets damaged within the first 30 days of purchase. This service will be applicable only if the screw is damaged.

Nosepins with stones or which are gold plated are not recommended for daily use. No warranties for any other artificial jewellery.
