SHIPPING POLICY

Once your order is confirmed it will be dispatched within 3-5 working days. We do not undertake nextday/urgent deliveries. 

The tracking detaiils will be shared with the customer via mail and text message.

Any delays in delivery due to unforeseen issues are beyond our control. However we will assist you to the best of our ability to get the package delivered. If the status of your order shows delivered but you haven't received, we request you to check with your family members or your apartment security. If still not received contact us immediately via whatsapp with your order details.

Please attend the call when the delivery agent tries to reach you. Our deliver partner will attempt to deliver the package thrice before they return it to us. Extra shipping charges has to be paid if your order has to be shipped again.
